triLift opens a new horizon for you and your patients, with a three- layered procedure that achieves a natural-looking facelift-like result. The facial stimulation device targets the three ageing elements of structure, contour and texture by treating the three tissue layers – the muscles, dermal layer and epidermal layer.
This game-changing technology is the first in the market to use Dynamic Muscle Stimulation (DMSt) in sequence with two other modalities, TriPollar RF and triFX RF microlending. It works to tone muscles, reduce facial wrinkles, and smooth and resurface the skin, achieving an effect similar to a facelift, through an entirely non- invasive method.
Unlike traditional electrical muscles stimulation and magnetic muscle stimulation, DMSt technology allows in-motion muscle stimulation, in combination with TriPollar RF. The TriPollar RF and triFX radiofrequency microneedling can also be used to improve skin tightness, smoothness and plumpness by regenerating collagen and elastin. According to studies,1,2,3 triLift can increase skin smoothness by 80%, reduce the appearance of wrinkles by 30% and triple the natural production of hyaluronic acid compared to baseline.

Why did you decide to add Lumenis’ triLift to your clinics?
triLift by Lumenis is a very exciting, new and extraordinary technology as it allows me as a cosmetic physician to offer my patients an anti-ageing and lifting result almost as good as surgery without the risks and downsides of surgery.
triLift is a comfortable, quick, non-invasive treatment with no surgery and no downtime that not only lifts and tones the face but also improves contour, texture, decreases wrinkling and provides very natural treatment outcomes with no over-freezing or over-filling results. It has three components to it, which allows me to custom make an individual treatment for each of my patients.
The other big attraction is that there are no consumables (except for the triFX tip component which not every patient is going to have).
How does triLift fit within your existing cosmetic offerings?
triLift is going to be very successful in my practice because patients want the lifting and toning that this treatment offers. It works synergistically with other treatments they may might be having, such as injectables and lasers.
I believe it will also attract a whole new patient group, those who don’t want to have any invasive treatment and are attracted to triLift’s easy application and long-lasting results. I think it’s going to very popular with men and women, young and old!
How does triLift technology stand out from other anti-ageing technologies?
DMSt stands for dynamic muscle stimulation, which involves the application of transcutaneous electrical muscle stimulation through skin contact to activate healthy skeletal muscle and cause contraction. triLift by Lumenis activates this muscle stimulation, causing toning of muscles and restoration of the contour of the SMAS, thus strengthening facial skin support and improving the facial appearance. After four to six treatments, the results are long lasting.
What has been your personal experience with triLift so far?
In my 30+ years of being in the cosmetic medicine field, I have always done my research and been an early adopter of new technology as this is where the biggest rewards are. You
