COSMEDICON 2022 Review

Renew & Reconnect

Aesthetic Medical Practitioner Magazine’s 5th annual COSMEDICON cemented its position as Australia’s premier boutique aesthetic medicine conference.

On 3-6 March, AMP once again came to life at COSMEDICON. Held within the beautiful InterContinental in Sydney’s Double Bay, with in-person attendance from cosmetic doctors, plastic surgeons, cosmetic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic nurses, cosmetic dentists and clinic owners, this year’s conference proved to be more engaging, energetic and educational than ever before.

The theme was “R&R: Renew & Reconnect” and reflected our collective path forward as we navigate a post-COVID era. The 2-day scientific program included some of the industry’s most experienced practitioners and innovative thinkers, offering acutely relevant and thought provoking lectures and panel discussions – including the latest non-surgical techniques, leading technologies and devices, and best clinical practice guidelines and marketing strategies to help us plan and pivot accordingly in the current marketplace.

There were also multiple skill-enhancing workshops and training sessions for health practitioners from multiple disciplines and levels of expertise, all within a collegiate and welcoming environment.

The R&R: Renew & Reconnect theme also applied to COSMEDICON’s social functions. Thursday evening’s Welcome Drinks and the glitter-tastic ‘Priscilla: Queen of the Desert’ Gala Dinner were outrageous fun and set the scene to connect once more with our friends and colleagues.

Thank you to our gracious local and international speakers, delegates and wonderful trade partners for making COSMEDICON 2022 a success. See you next year 2-5 March 2023! AMP
