The Fresh Life 2025, held 2-4 September at Brisbane’s iconic Howard Smith Wharves, distinguished itself as a bold, immersive fusion of clinical education, wellness and community empowerment.
Hosted by MC Grazina Fechner and led by the Fresh Clinics co-founders Dr John Delaney and
Dr John Holbrook, The Fresh Life 2025 conference offered a thoughtful, refreshing and educational experience spanning keynotes, breakout sessions, hands-on training and wellness activations.
Attendees began each day grounded in wellness – from the Fresh Run Club and breathwork sessions to networking amidst sponsor activations.
Keynote themes challenged both mindset and method: Chelsea Pottenger’s ‘The Mindful High Performer’ illuminated mental resilience; Dr Dan Kennedy and Dr Konstantin Frank unpacked innovation in real-world volume and structural precision; and Dr Kim Booysen explored the ‘Collagen Economy’ and toxin refinement, all reinforcing the event’s ethos of ‘thriving, not just surviving’.
Breakout workshops – covering everything from toxin optimisation, PRP and bio-stimulator rejuvenation strategies, and new weight-management protocols – provided actionable insights for clinical and business growth. The inclusion of visionary sessions, such as AI-powered patient chat strategies and hormone-panel discussions, further reinforced the conference’s forward-thinking spirit.
A notable pillar of The Fresh Life was its commitment to building resilience and differentiation in practice – a theme eloquently described in the conference manifesto ‘Why ‘Thrive’ is the Future of Aesthetic Medicine,’ advocating for strategic, enduring growth in a volatile landscape.
