The 2024 Business of Beauty Seminar Series held across Sydney, Melbourne attracted a diverse audience of aspiring entrepreneurs, established clinic owners. and aesthetic professionals, the events provided valuable opportunities to enhance skills and drive business growth in the evolving aesthetics industry.

The expert presentations kicked off with Dr John Flynn (Cosmedic and Skin Clinic), who shared invaluable strategies for practice building, focusing on broadening the scope of services and mitigating economic risks to ensure long-term business stability.

In her ‘Brand Alchemy’ presentation, Nicole Dabeau (Mental Creative) explored how to transform the ordinary into the extraordinary defining what makes a clinic unique and how to build a real, relatable and unforgettable brand.

Dermatopathologist Dr Eric Song (AF Aesthetics), led an insightful session focusing on how the science behind the Clear + Brilliant Touch system can maximise the results for patients to improve loyalty.

Integrating cosmeceutical skincare and unique brand positioning was discussed by Dr Ian Chinsee (Inigo Cosmetic) and Dr Sarah Tranter (Dr Tranter Aesthetics). They highlighted the importance of choosing treatments that deliver results and combining treatments to elevate patient outcomes and loyalty using iS Clinical as their example.

Serial entrepreneur and founder of Australian Skin Clinics, Deb Farnworth-Wood, gave a 360-degree view on selecting and implementing a new technology to attract and retain clients, using Clear + Brilliant Touch as the basis.

Dr Sean Arnedse (Flawless Rejuvenation Skin Clinic + Flawless Hair Restoration) gave insights into his experience partnering with Hydrafacial to improve practice profitability and clinical outcomes.

The formal part of each seminar concluded with a lively Q&A panel discussion.
