On Wednesday, 3 December, Beauty Technology hosted an exclusive DoubleTite™ Training Workshop at its Bondi Junction headquarters, led by internationally recognised Korean cosmetic physician Dr Sang-June Rhee.

The small-group seminar brought together Australian aesthetic practitioners for an intensive day of education focused on contemporary DoubleTite™ protocols and their role within non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic treatment plans.

A respected global speaker, educator and academic with more than two decades’ experience in aesthetic medicine, anti-ageing and clinical education, Dr Rhee currently serves as Director of the Global CME Centre at Wonju College of Medicine, Yonsei University; CEO of Asian Pacific Medical Networks, overseeing clinics across South Korea, Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia; and is a faculty member of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine, as well as an educational partner for organisations including Allergan, Meditox and Amorepacific.

The workshop combined formal teaching with case-based discussion, offering attendees practical insights into:

  • DoubleTite™ indications and treatment planning
  • Layering DoubleTite™ within broader clinical protocols
  • Managing patient expectations and follow-up
  • Integrating emerging Korean aesthetic concepts into local practice

“It’s exciting to see how quickly Australian practitioners are engaging with Korean aesthetic philosophies — particularly the focus on structure, skin quality and long-term planning rather than one-off interventions,” said Dr Rhee. “DoubleTite™ provides another tool for clinicians who want to refine outcomes in a thoughtful, protocol-driven way.”

Beauty Technology Director Phil Willmann said the training reflected growing demand for highly curated, evidence-informed education that goes beyond product demonstrations.

“Our focus is on bringing best-in-class technology and training to clinics across Australia and New Zealand,” Phil Willmann said. “Workshops like this give practitioners the chance to ask detailed questions, compare approaches and walk away with immediately applicable frameworks for their own patient cohorts.”

The seminar also provided space for networking, peer exchange and discussion on how DoubleTite™ can be integrated into existing practice models, from doctor-led aesthetic clinics to nurse-driven and multi-modality environments.

Further DoubleTite™ education events are planned for 2026, with Beauty Technology set to expand its training calendar for registered health professionals seeking deeper clinical immersion in device-based and minimally invasive protocols.
