The Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM) invites you to an introductory workshop into aesthetic medicine from Australia’s and international industry leaders.
This course is presented by Australasian College of Aesthetic Medicine (ACAM) as part of their high quality, short course range. These short courses are designed to provide targeted knowledge and skills to practitioners, with the aims of contributing to patient safety and reducing sub-optimal outcomes.
This workshop addresses the priorities of an aesthetic medicine practice: skin disease and remediation, cosmeceutical chemistry, dermal filler uses and botulinum injection techniques, facial and neck anatomy, appropriate use of laser and light devices for a range of skin conditions (acne, rosacea, sun-damage, and pigmentary changes). Single day registration is offered and subject to availability. Registration includes tuition, morning and afternoon tea and lunch. In person attendees are responsible for their accommodation needs and meals not catered for. The Workshop is conducted over a three-day period and requires preparation learning, participation in discussion sessions and pre and post workshop assessments.
