High Tech Medical has announced a significant expansion of its aesthetic technology and treatment portfolio in 2026, with the addition of Glacial Skin, Aura 3D Imaging and EXO|E, along with its transition as Hydrafacial’s official distributor across Australia and New Zealand.
The company, which has been introducing aesthetic medical technologies and treatment solutions across Australia and New Zealand since 1999, said the latest additions mark a major period of growth for the business.
The new launches join High Tech Medical’s existing portfolio of globally recognised brands, including DEKA, EndyMed, EmCyte PureTWO, iS Clinical, Black & Black and Velež Intense Hydration Masks.
Matt Moncrieff, Managing Director of High Tech Medical, said the company’s growth has been built on identifying technologies that complement its existing portfolio and support the needs of clinic partners.
‘The key to our success has always been our ability to partner with the best manufacturers, identifying the right products to add to our line-up, and this year is no exception,’ he said.
‘Our latest launches represent leading innovations that complement our existing portfolio while helping practitioners meet the growing demand for non-invasive and minimally invasive treatments.
‘My vision has always been to provide a carefully curated range of technologies that are streamlined with minimal overlap. The launch of Glacial Skin, Aura 3D Imaging, EXO|E and Hydrafacial is a perfect example of how we continue to evolve our portfolio to provide streamlined solutions that support our clinic partners, now and in the long term.’
Glacial Skin

The system can be used as a standalone treatment or as an adjunct to procedures such as laser, microneedling and radiofrequency treatments, where it is designed to help soothe the skin and support post-treatment recovery.
Glacial Skin offers a number of treatment modalities, including Glacial Gloss, Glacial Glide, Glacial Glide Combinations and Glacial Freeze Rx. These protocols combine controlled cooling with applications such as exfoliation, topical actives, post-procedure cooling and precision spot treatment.
Compact and portable, the platform has been developed for use across a range of treatment indications, with protocols that can be tailored to individual patient concerns.
Aura 3D Imaging

Aura is a Swiss-made 3D facial imaging system powered by Hexagon precision technology. The platform captures a photo-realistic digital model of the face and neck and is designed to support consultation, facial assessment, treatment planning and patient communication.
Using 13 integrated cameras, Aura captures the face in 0.2 seconds and generates a 3D model within 30 seconds.
The system includes six key diagnostic and visualisation tools: skin analysis, before-and-after documentation, facial measurement, volume comparison and vectors, drawing and dynamic lighting tools, and simulation capabilities across areas including the temples, cheeks, jawline, chin and under-eye region.
The technology is designed to help practitioners assess facial structure, skin condition and volumetric change, while supporting more visual and informed conversations with patients during the consultation process.
EXO|E

EXO|E is a topical skincare system based on plant-derived extracellular nanoparticles and a multi-source revitalising complex of plant stem cell-derived secretory factors.
The system is designed to support the skin’s natural signalling mechanisms and may be used as part of post-procedure skincare protocols. According to High Tech Medical, EXO|E is intended to work alongside treatments including microneedling, RF microneedling, energy-based devices and ablative and non-ablative laser procedures.
The EXO|E Revitalising Complex is delivered through a three-step system comprising D|TOX Serum, EXO|E Serum and RE|PAIR Serum.
Hydrafacial
High Tech Medical is now Hydrafacial’s official distributor across Australia and New Zealand, following the brand’s move from a direct sales model to a local distribution partnership.
Hydrafacial is a professional skin health platform powered by Vortex-Fusion technology, which combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and topical delivery in a single treatment protocol.
The appointment adds another established treatment platform to High Tech Medical’s portfolio and supports the company’s broader focus on providing clinics with streamlined technology and treatment solutions.
With the addition of Glacial Skin, Aura 3D Imaging and EXO|E, together with its Hydrafacial distribution partnership, High Tech Medical said it will continue to focus on building a curated portfolio of technologies and treatment solutions for aesthetic practitioners across Australia and New Zealand.
