The 2026 Aesthetic Business Masters national summit series is placing the business of aesthetics firmly in focus, with a program spanning Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth.
Created for clinic owners, practice managers, practitioners and aesthetic professionals, Aesthetic Business Masters has been developed to support the commercial and operational skills required to build a sustainable aesthetic business.
Founded by registered nurses Nicole Montgomery and Alfie Lombardi, the Aesthetic Business Masters summit series was created to bridge the gap between clinical education and the realities of running a modern clinic. Each event is designed to deliver practical, high-value content in a condensed format, with sessions covering business growth, AI, supplier strategy, wellness, leadership, marketing and other key areas influencing clinic ownership today. The events also include an exhibition space, live games, prizes and dedicated networking opportunities.
The 2026 summit series launched in Sydney at Jones Bay Wharf, Pyrmont on 4 May, before moving to The Langham Melbourne from 17 to 18 May. The series continues in Brisbane at W Brisbane on 31 August, followed by Perth at Rendezvous Hotel Perth Scarborough on 21 September.
A major feature of the Melbourne program was the launch of the inaugural Aesthetic Business Awards, held as a black-tie gala on the second evening. The awards recognised achievement across the business side of aesthetics, with more than 500 entries received nationally.
‘There are plenty of awards in this space, but not many that champion the people building the businesses,’ Montgomery said. ‘These clinicians have dived headfirst into entrepreneurship with zero business training. They’re risk-takers and innovators who have often learned expensive lessons the hard way, and they deserve to be recognised.’
